###### Single serving
- Muscavado dark sugar 10 g (2 teaspoons)
- Oat milk 100 g (about 1/2 cup)
- One shot espresso
1. Put the sugar in a cocktail shaker and add a shot of your desired espresso
2. Allow the hot espresso to melt the sugar for about 1 min
3. Add a few ice cubes to cocktail shaker
4. Add oat milk
5. Put lid on the shaker and shake for 30 secs
6. Pour into an ice filled cup
